Coda Group is a boutique architecture and consulting firm founded and operated in Southern Nevada, with a focus on elevating our projects with responsible and practical sustainable solutions for each and every client.
Coda has projects ranging in architectural scope from residential design, tenant improvements, restaurants and state and local work as well as planning projects including parks and college campus renovations.
Coda also consults on new and existing buildings pursuing sustainable certification such as ENERGY STAR, Green Globes and LEED certification and has worked on projects ranging from large scale new construction military bases to single story existing office buildings.
Coda was founded in 2009, by firm principals, Kevin Turchin, RA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, and Jennifer Turchin, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, GGP. Their mission and passion is for sustainable minded solutions, incorporating sustainability consulting as a key focus area of the practice in 2014.
In addition to our work on architecture and consulting projects, Coda has a focus on improving our community through professional involvement and community service, including professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the U.S. Green Building Council, where Jennifer is past president of the Nevada Chapter, NAIOP – the commercial real estate organization and charities such as St. Baldrick’s, a children’s cancer research charity, and Habitat for Humanity.
